Yes, the end is near. After April 30/2021, the only paper around here will be in the bathroom! Unfortunately, we will not be accepting your paperwork anymore. There are many 21st century ways to digitize all those bills, receipts, invoices, and bank/credit card statements. Here are 3 simple ways you can still get us what we need (and save a few trees):
1.) Dropbox: This is the app we use most. In fact, we will likely share a folder with you when you become a client. Drop your PDF’s, JPEG’s, Word, Excel, etc. files in there and we’ll do the rest!
2.) Scannable: This great little “free” app is unfortunately for iPhone users, but does make things dead simple. Snap a picture of your paperwork and send it literally anywhere you want. Email, Dropbox, text message, etc.
3.) Buy a scanner: Our personal favorites are the Fujitsu brand of scanners. They handle the job with ease, and don’t cost too much. One of the added benefits of scanners is that they can also OCR your paperwork making it searchable!
